Instead of stuffing bare wire into teflon tubing, how about carefully wrapping it in teflon tape (plumbers thread sealing tape)? I know it would be tedious, but it would also give me the thinnest insulation I can think of and can be adapted to any gauge wire. It would also give me the most flexibility. Anyone try this? Anyone think it is a good/bad idea?
