ad a problem like this in West Texas of all places (No trees here to speak of). Found out I had some mesquite bushes that had grown through the sewer line. Put some of the root killer in and left overnight and the next morning everything worked fine. I do that twice a year and it has worked now for several years. If you know anything about mesquite bushes the roots grow VERY long and you can cut the darn bush down but you can't kill them. The only thing they are good for are to barbeque with.
