On Ray's MOT thread for the Protector, he mentions cables are available from Moon Audio for the Protector. Do you have a list of cables that are available and the prices?

All cables are available. Same price as the 1/4" or 1/8" plug. So for example a 5ft Silver Dragon HD6xx headphone cable with RSA Protector plug: $225.

Can you make a balanced cable for the IE8 that's compatible with the Protector? Also I own all the TBP's and the UM3X/3 if that makes a difference.

If the existing cable on either of these phones is a 4 conductor cable then yes we can terminate it with the Protector plug.
As far as a recable, No. As every In Ear uses a different form of connection system. It is too expensive to create a mold for each one. We are building a mold for the JH Audio and Ultimate Ears Custom In Ears. Hope to have ready by the end of summer. Working on cable desig/production as we speak.

So here are some pictures of the adapters. We are using a Male and Female 4 pin Mini XLR to create an adapter series of cables. It is much less bulky than using a Main Headphone Cable with 2 3pin Male XLRs and then making an adapter with 2 3pin Female XLRs. That is just way to much bulk for use with the Ray Samuels Protector Amplifier. This makes things much cleaner.

All cables are available. Same price as the 1/4" or 1/8" plug. So for example:

5ft Silver Dragon HD800 headphone cable with RSA Protector plug: $325.
5ft Blue Dragon HD6xx headphone cable with RSA Protector plug: $175.
5ft Blue Dragon HD800 headphone cable with RSA Protector plug: $250.

We can also do adapter cables as seen above if you dont want to be stuck with a RSA Protector Plug on your main Cable. We put a 4pin Mini XLR on the main Body of the cable and then another 4pin mini XLR on the adapter cable.
Main Body cables with Mini XLRS are the same price as the normal Sennheiser cables like listed above.
Adapter cables are the same price as the Mini Cables that use larger plugs. For Example:
6" Silver Dragon Mini Female 4pin XLR to RSA Plug: $75
6" Silver Dragon Mini Female 4pin XLR to Mini 3.5mm Plug: $75
6" Silver Dragon Mini Female 4pin XLR to 1/4" Furutech Plug: $75
6" Silver Dragon Mini Female 4pin XLR to large 4pin Male XLR: $75
6" Silver Dragon Mini Female 4pin XLR to dual 3pin Male XLRs: $95
Wwe can make Moon Audio Silver Dragon, Black Dragon, Blue Dragon and Cardas cables this way. The Sky is the limit on options.
5ft Silver Dragon HD6xx headphone cable with RSA Protector plug: $225.
5ft Silver Dragon HD800 headphone cable with RSA Protector plug: $325.
5ft Blue Dragon HD6xx headphone cable with RSA Protector plug: $175.
5ft Blue Dragon HD800 headphone cable with RSA Protector plug: $250.

Yes we are designing the cable now but will only be available for the mold used by such products as the JH Audio JH13 or Ultimate Ears UE10 or Westone Elite Series ES3X etc etc...So if you have a custom molded in ear monitor that uses this type of mold we will have a cable for it. Hopefully by end of summer. It will be a balanced cable and can be fitted with the RSA Protector Plug or Dual 3 pin XLRs or any other connection that requires a balanced connector.
