I thought the warrenty on the Predator is lifetime, has RSA change the policy on the Predator lately?

This is according to News - Ray Samuels Audio

"THE EMMELINE PRODUCTS are warranted for THREE YEARS from the date of purchase. The warranty is transferable to a second and third owners with no questions asked."

It is confusing because on the predator's page it says lifetime. I emailed Ray about this and he said it has lifetime guarantee.

But the battery has 3 years warranty.
