I just purchased this one up here like 2 weeks ago, but got it couple of days ago. Like the amp, but as happy with my Magnum, so take your chance to buy this good device without any waiting time, except shipping. Condition is 8/10, same as I got it, used this one for couple of hours, thats it.

You will get the amp and USB cable ( not DAC version ) The cover doesnt have any print on it, seems to be normal, cos the maker doesnt have them in stock or something like that.

As stated below, it is not an PROTOTYPE, but the present/original newest model, which will cost you EUR179 or USD 229 as pre-order, cos they are SOLD OUT.

THX

Is there going to be a permanent replacement case as indicated on the website?

Personally, I don't care about the cover with print, but the guy I bought from, jma790, told me that he must get one and I will get from him, but when, I don't know, so, you can contact to him and arrange the shipment to your or any place. Or you can contact to headphonia directly, which will spare time and money.

I just thought it might be in your interest to mention it. If someone thought it was a prototype or something of the sort it might not sell as quickly. If I didn't already own one I'd buy it in a second at that price. IMO no-one will find a portable as good for the price.
Good luck.

Je hebt een PM! Ik woon ook in Rotterdam trouwens.

Bedankt! I've been listening to it all night in combination with my Sony X1050, Sony LOD and Head Direct RE0 and I love it! It finally gives my RE0 the body and depth I was looking for. Can't wait to try it on my other cans! Je leek trouwens sprekend op een vriend van mij uit Moscow. Je kon zijn long lost brother wel zijn.

What's the deal with the different graphics? Mine just says "Headstage" across the middle and I think I prefer it that way. Is it an EU thing? I had assumed mine was a current production model as well, and not a prototype. Mine has the lettering and a bit of graphics on the endcap, like most of the photos I've seen.

I think the last batch had a defect with the casing, something about where one of the screws go in. Nothing noticeable but I think Robert is a perfectionist and wanted to make sure his final product was as good as it could possibly be. So for everyone that received an Arrow without the Headstage and Arrow etchings he's sending a corrected/fixed version. As far as why some have stickers and some don't, I have no idea. My doesn't have any etchings on the case but the buttons and connections are all labeled like the pictures on the Headstage website.

Sounds like you got the same one (first) as I did. I certainly don't need another case. The very first batch was okay.

I think you are right. Once he saw a defect in the second run he likely just started sending the rest of the cases without lettering as he knew he was sending a replacement.
