FS/FT: Apple iMod (diyModded iPod) with BlackGate LOD

Hello everyone!

For sale is a 60GB iPod Video that has been modified to stream audio directly from the Wolfson DAC to the R/L Line Out pins, bypassing the undesired internal output stage for highest fidelity. The capacitors have been removed from the motherboard and Cardas tonearm wire (cryo-treated, enameled Litz, 33AWG) has been soldered with Cardas silver quad-eutectic solder to the appropriate pads. The installed battery of the iPod is diminished, and may not charge. A working battery is included, as is an older faceplate.

-diyMod
-LOD (Mogami Neglex w/ cryo-treated Neutrik 3.5mm plug) with BlackGate NX 47uF electrolytic capacitors
-Blue Speck case
-Extra battery and faceplate
