The Zip does not recognize the 64gb card:

This is the Zip with a 32GB card installed:

If you re-format the 64gb (exFat) card to FAT32 I believe it will work.  Don't quote me on this, but I believe that is what I have read

Did u re-format it to FAT32?  microSDHC cards go up to 32gb.  Anything higher would be MicroSDXC

Per the Sandisk website:

You need to format your card to FAT32.

I had no problem with my clip zip recognizing it (Samsung micro sdxc 64GB PRO).

Use this tool to format the card http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/index.htm?guiformat.htm

because windows format do not allow formating to fat32 cards with volume larger than 32gb.

Apologies for the probably stupid question, but is it confirmed that a rockboxed clip+ recognises the new 128 gig micro sd cards?

is there a way for rockbox sansa clip+ to read non english character properly?
it just shows up as squares.

I'm now using my rockboxed Clip Zip with a 64gb card. Thanks to all!

Also, I've read you can delete all aditional fodlers except the .rockbox, any word on that?

Thanks again!

I don't think there's a proper way to do it, I managed to get japanese characters to display correctly on my 160gb iPod by switching one of the lenguage settings but you can only choose one lenguage. I decided it was easier to just translate everything into Roman characters.

Be sure that the ID3tag is already unicode utf8

Try to change the fonts in Theme Settings (be sure to install the font packs with rockboxutility installer) some fonts are capable of displaying unicode character.

Yes, the only limit is at 2 TB.  Up to that should all work, although we don't have exfat support, so they need to be fat32.

I am using a 128GB microSD (which has been formatted to fat32) in my RB Clip+. So yes, it definitely works and works very well.
