Not sure about this V6, A-Dac still AKM 24/192.

 

V6's DAC section is like daughter board and replacable, 32/192 is posibblly in future.

 

But V6's USB input should still 16/44.1 then upsampling, USB chips is on main board. (If they don't change main board's desigh.)

Usb is the next thing in dac world, it seams that when it comes to v6dac upgrade usb is going to be one of them since most of the people are using them.

 

How's A dac in your set up, some impressions would be nice. How is the soundstage, balance and details ? Are you satisfied with your purchase ?

No complaint with the sound.

 

I'm using extenal 24/96 USB/SPDIF, I'm compare internal USB later.

Cool, since this dac was only usb (the previous version), it will be interesting too see if the spdif made any changes to sound.
