Well sleep does that - esp REM sleep.

Actually it's slow wave sleep that down-regulates synaptic connections, leaving you with only important/pertinent memories from the previous day. This is the mechanism of sleep that clears your mind, moves memory to a more permanent state and improves focus.

Coffee is the devil. Ever since I got gallstones, it shoots through me like ignited thermite.

Going cold turkey was the hardest thing I've done in a long time. As for the whole bad student theme going on here, I was a bad student until I smartened by ass up a bit when I was about half way through high school.

Anyways, hope I hope your exams went well!
