A new poster and one of my first posts is a sales thread. This doesn't bode well does it?
I'm 'clownpie' on the dreaded auction site and have plenty of good feedback there. I would be happy to meet any headfi'er at my house in Central London to give you a little more security or, I'll gladly show a friendly headfi'er the amp at my house if a buyer is too far away to visit in person.
Anyway...
I'm moving over to a balanced setup and am selling my Graham Slee solo (green) headphone amp. This was purchased new in January 2010 (with invoice) so has lots of warranty left. It is in excellent shape and appears unmarked, aside from a very slightly mark on the underneath of the amp. I assume this has always been there, but I didnt notice until I looked it over prior to selling. The amp comes with the box and wall-wart plug.
I've only used it very lightly and doubt it is even run in properly yet, with some reviewers suggesting 600 hours running in period which it certainly hasn't done.
The invoice states SRG amp, but I have sent an email with the serial number to Graham Slee to double check it isnt the SRGII as it was bought/shipped after the changeover date.
I'm asking £300 and can supply an excellent pair of Sennheiser HD650 headphones, boxed, in excellent condition, for an extra £160 - so £460 all in.
Again, I appreciate this will be met with a bit of scepticism as I'm a new poster - but I'm happy to meet in person and may even consider posting with 50% of the payment up front, but only to a well known headfi'er.
