I have a question about head-direct's warranty policy.

Now I'm using RE0 headphones. Yesterday, I was trying to put

them into my ear too hardly with too big tips for my ears. While I'm doing

that, I think I damaged the unit. The left side does not work after

that, but the outside is not damaged. I want to know if I can get them

replaced for free, if I need to pay for replacement, how much is it.

I also want to know which address should I send my RE0 to get the replacement.

If anyone knows about this issue, please answer to this message
