I have a CKKIII kit here. Most of the capacitors are Matsu****a (Panasonic) [edit: lol word censor]. The resistors are Vishay/Dale. Everything else is pretty much what's listed at the AMB website. And of course, the CKKIII PCB is also included.
I can get you details on any of the parts you'd like information on.

There are a few things not included in the kit that you will need!
-case
-transformer
-input/output jacks
-volume potentiometer
-IEC module with fuse
-wires
-anything else you may want, such as molex pins, potentiometer knob, etc.

You can get this for $70 shipped CONUS. I had originally planned to build a balanced CKKIII, I probably still will in a few months, but I figure I'll sell this now and just buy parts that match the board I have now later on.
