Has anyone compared Buffalo to Buffalo II?

Is it big step futher or is it just slightly better?

how is that even possible? the first round only just shipped yesterday. I will be making the comparison, but there are far too many variables to even give an answer. the tre reason B32v2 is so appealing for me and probably a great deal of the other people who ordered it, is because you can use your own regulators and output stage directly. using it with an output stage of your choice; this could include something like the borbely all fet I/V stage, which should be better sounding IMO than the opamp solution of V1. or a tube stage can easily be used. basically it blows the whole thing wide open. no doubt there will be some implementations that perform considerably worse, but may of course sound wonderful to the beholder
