Is this a legit deal?

Sennheiser HD-25 1 ii HD25 25 1 Studio Headphones NEW on eBay.ca (item 370351135441 end time 16-Apr-10 09:19:36 EDT)

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, do you think it matters if I get it without the 6.3mm adapter and bag? is the bag crap?

Why not? It is selling the realm of what you should expect to pay, and the seller has a sufficient feedback score. However, if you are located in the USA - I would refuse to pay the exorbitant shipping charge. .....eg - if you sent them Priority mail at the USPS - you'd expect to pay aprox. $10.80.
Seller states the merchandise is located in Georgia. Send him a message to either reduce the price and/or shipping cost.
