The Manufacturing/Process Engineer in me cringes with these photos. I would not classify the Grado factory as Lean Manufacturing in a Six Sigma / ISO9001 environment by any means.
But as I said, I do love their classic Grado house sound as I've owned most of their models over the years.

I really like "How It's Made" but hadn't seen that episode. Enjoyed it very much. For those chuckling about the music being silent except to the listener comment, I'd imagine it's a pretty generic show and wouldn't take the time to explain the various types of headphones and how they work. That's not what that show does.
