Phone DAP=in+out+in+out...=PITA

After using the 3GS as my DAP, I'm getting both worried and fustrated at the constant earphone in-out in the HP socket, so I've switched back to my old 5.5g iPod.

Does the constant in -out wear out ones plug and socket ( stop giggling at the back....)???
And does this annoy anyone else?

Does the constant hp removal stop anyone using a phone as a DAP???

Get a microphone adapter for your hp's,....................

Yes it does. And how! That's why I no longer have a working DAP.
I'm buying a Cowon S9 because it has a pause button (and FFW + RW).
