Technical Support Background Music

When you need technical support for your PC, Hi-Fi, or whatever else, do you evaluate the level of support based upon the kind of music they play while on hold over the telephone?

Not so much what music, but how long you're left listening to it.

I was on Toshiba's technical support and my hold time was just 4 minutes. Their background music was pretty decent too.
