FS/FT: Q-JAYS

I've managed to repair my Q-jays.

They are all working well. But have missing green filters form inside the sound tube.

The sound is brighter now, a little more heighs. And they sound wider for my ears.

I have only earphones, size M tips, no accesories included.

If You want to make 2way customs, the TWFK drivers are for You. They are expensive, so catch the ocassion

If you want decent, nice sounding canal phones with flat response. This Offer is for YOU.

I don't know how much are they worth. New costs ca. 170$.
With no accesories and a box.....well.. make me an offer if You like them

I would like to trade them for iems with a little more bass response. SA6 or Klipsch S4. Full sized cans are also welcome.

Hello,
what kind of repairs have You done to them?
Also - do the tips from the UE Super.Fi3 fit on those Q-jays? I'm a bit concerned about the L sized tips being too big.

1: i've removed green filter from left earpiece. I bought dem as " one earpiece broken: no sound"

When they arrived, i have noticed, that left side is playing music but very very quiet. With a little help of my frind, i've found the reason. Green filter was pulled deep into soundtube and block all the sound.

I have removed this filter /broken/ the earpiece sounds little more bright as the right one, so i've decided to remove right side green filter to equal the sound in both earpieces.

Thats All

2: No, tips from Ultimate ears do not fit on Q-Jays!! Q-jays have smaller plastic soundtube than UE.

Tips are size M not L, sorry for mistake
