Classic 4-pin XLR pinout:

1 - Left +
2 - Left -
3 - Right +
4 - Right -

Pin 1 : L+
Pin 2 : L-
Pin 3 : R+
Pin 4 : R-

Polarity. The two above already posted the polarity of the 4-pin XLR which means you know the polarity of the amp. As for the headphones, look at the connectors. The thicker one is neg.

I just made a balanced cable for my HD650 and MKVII+.
I can post pics once I get home from work.
PM me tomorrow if I forget to do it.

I think OP is requesting polarity on the HD drivers. + on the 600 is the thinner pin on the connectors.
