WTB: Firestone Cute/Travagans headamp

hi, I'm looking for one of these...Ideally the old "non-2009" Firestone Cute Beyond, but lemme know if you have any of these things w/ a dual RCA analog input and a rollable opamp....a stepped attenuator would be highly desirable too(Travagans only?)

a "Travagans Red" might very well hit the spot too.

Depending on the price I might fancy a "Supplier" PSU as well(but I'd need it 220V).
