I'm a loan officer in profession, this will not jack your credit. This is not a line of credit , RIGHT!!!!!. Nothing to sweat, just a glitch somewhere?

A glitch no ones taking account for..

I hate having music I didn't pay for.. But I guess at this point I can only call it a "Freebie" by accident.

Might be worth a shot: Re-type the paypal account address in manually again (if you cut and paste it the first time). Sometimes I've had Paypal screw up when I cut and paste an email address.

Have you contacted your credit card company to see if it is there that it blocks the transaction?

Try credit card instead . . .

Like Uncle Erik said, this is in no way going to affect your credit history

It's sounds like you've done everything you can on your side including checking if the orders are going through Paypal correctly. The problem is either something on Apple's side, or some tiny detail so small that everyone is missing it.

Apple finally cancelled the billing agreement with PayPal so i can actually switch payment methods, and I did my visa number. Looks like it worked.

For the record, PayPal said this:
"Dear Brandon,

Thank you for contacting PayPal, my name is (censored) and I am happy to
assist you today.

I understand you are having problems with your iTunes payment and I
apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

In review of your account, I can see that everything is in order. Since
this is a billing agreement with iTunes, we are awaiting funds to be
captured by iTunes on your PayPal account anytime."
