Well, the headband is the same, but everyone uses that headband which is complete rubbish and OEM'ed out of China. I am looking to replace the DJ1Pro headband with something as it is too big for me. There are different sized headbands for Ultrasone and my skinny, top-shallow crown doesn't allow me any room... bugger.

these arent rebranded ultrasones. ultrasone just uses generic copied designs. these -along with many many other manufacturers from nice to rubbish brands- just use the same boring design

The logo makes the difference! BWUHAHAHA.
Seriously. It does. =D
I wasn't being serious.

Go present this to SK, and have them laugh at you with their wads of cash.

I can imagine, at some point in time in the future, all the possible headphone styles will already be used. Thus, companies would have to recycle old designs eventually. But this really looks eerily similar. Good find!

I am curious about what the skullcandys sound like. They consider the SK Pro the flagship model. I am also interested in ulrasones s-logic. Germans design good stuff, I love my beyers.

The only thing that is the same is the headband. Everything else is different. I doubt it's a rebranded Ultrasone.

Yes, I have seen them both before. I figured the headbands are popular and are mass produced in China. This is probably the reason as to why both headphones use the same headband

Cups are noticeably different, and the headband and swivel system are pretty basic looking in this type of headphone...
