Thanks for the interest. This is a direct-purchased copy ($395) with the registered USB Smart Key (which has an associated registration number). You can not use the software without the smart key except in the more limited demo-mode for a limited period as I understand it. With the Smart Key it can be used on any Mac with the Key inserted into one of the USB slots. Someone asked if Amarra would support the software - I see no reason why not if you have the key.
