this item is now for sale. no changes from original ad below, except it is now in Canada so if a Canadian wants it, would be preferable as US buyer may pay same duties as I did.

Everything in the original ad would still be included except the Optical cable, because I loaned that to my father in law, but should be able to get it back or I will provide one of equal or better value. Original ad:
