Please, help me choosing a portable player!

Hello there. I have been reading a lot here in the last two years, but I never posted before.
I'm looking for a PORTABLE player. It will be used exclusively for music. Bear on mind that I'm currently using a nokia N95 as music source for on the Go, because I don't like the idea of carrying yet another gadget with me. At home I use the PC with a corda 2move.
It will be used mostly with ATH-ES7 and Fischer Eterna, but also with my AKG 701 (with the help of the 2move =D ).

That said my preferences are:
- Sound quality is the most desired feature.
- Size DOES matter. The smallest, the better.
- Ability to play flac would be very wellcomed.
- Memory expansion slot.
- Ability to drive the ATH-ES7 without the need of extra amplification.
- Touch screen is not necessary.
- Price factor.
- The ability to connect bluetooth with the phone for not missing calls would be a nice feature to have.
- Last but not least: the posibility of using an international guarantee: I'm currently living on Russia, but I'll go back to EU in 6 months...

Looks like a Cowon D2+ could do (but I find it a little bulky). Sony? Others may be?

Thanks in advance for your comments.

Thanks, a_tumiwa.
How about sansa? I like the cowon, and the fact that it still sells good after that much time on the market proves it's a nice DAP, but I still find it a little too big, any ideas?

Thank you all for the recommendations. My ideal media player would meet all the points I mentioned + a good battery life... But I could live without a couple (or even more) of the points I said.

The Sflo2 is already discarded because it is too big for me... The corda 2move is already bulky enough, add the ath-es7 instead of a couple of IEMs and the media player and I can't go for a walk without carrying a backpack...

The AMP3 looks very interesting and I hadn't considered it before, but availability where I am right now could be a problem. The Sansa fuze and the clip are also interesting and I already had them on mind... The D2+ keeps winning points on my list...

the D2 actually is pretty small and not as bag as it may look. I was surprised when I first got it about its size. If that is too bulky for you however your choices are quite limited as there aren't that many players that I know of at least that is smaller than the D2. clip+/fuze/d2 are all good choices. just pick one of those 3 and you should be good. for smallest size go for the clip and if thats too small go with the fuze/d2 depending on if you want touch screen or not. although the d2 does have the ability to go higher in memory since 16gb+32gb sd compared to 8gb+16gb microsdhc

just fyi sony does not play flac to my knowledge. you can play wav but not flac.
