Can you give us anything more? Did the artist sound caucasian, black, was it more soft rock or straight pop?

Definitely not Black, possibly a Caucasian. I think American/Australian singer or someone with American English accent would be my guess from his articulation. Not sure what the difference b/w soft rock and plain pop is but if Daughtry's Home is considered soft rock, then ya I'd include it also.

Thx but no again . Is there a way to find out the log they played? It was 94.7kHz[fm] at around 7:30 - 8:30pm in eastern time in Canada yesterday. I think it's a romance song, I could be wrong though.

I'm sure if you rang up they might be able to help... it probably happens all of the time.

Did he sound like a younger or older individual?

Any idea of the general mood, theme, message, of the song? Is it upbeat? Sad? Plaintive? I have this vague recollection of a fairly popular "getting dumped" song that has "I can see it in your eyes" in it, but can't place it at the moment.

Starts off somewhat relaxed and it's not acrimoniously upbeat but not overly gloomy either while the guitar melody riddles the song with a plaintive tone to a slight degree I'd say. I found out the 94.7fm is a smooth jazz station, so it might be under that category though I don't remember hearing saxophone. I gave 'em a buzz so I'm crossin' my fingers that they would respond. Thx again.

In case anyone wondered it was Rockets by Marc Jordan. Gotta love my ears for mishearing rockets for your eyes jeez...anyway I think it's a very nice song. Luckily the album is quite rare to download but managed to find a good copy over at what.cd. Cheers!
