Koss KE29BZ, cheap and great like the portapros

I bought two pairs of these on woot last month for super cheap, and was pleasantly surprised. These are a great value like the portapros. Really comfortable like sonys. Lifetime warranty too, like the portapros. Good isolation. They are a steal for $13.99 at buy.com, also cheap at overstock and amazon. I tried to give up one of mine to a friend yesterday but I just..... couldn't... do it. SO I bought him a pair.

We need another kind of 'sorry about your wallet'- like warning to newcomers, such as, 'and be careful about headphonitis taking over your life.'

Just bringing it up because I think these koss IEM's are not so well-known around here.

Thanks for the post. Any comparisons as to what they sound like, in general? Also Koss like to make their IEM cables in the "J" variety, I guess for routing behind the head and over the shoulder. Are these Y style or J style?

Hi, they are "J" style. I don't have a bunch of my IEM's with me but can compare a bit with my atrios and my MEEE's. Will try to write something up in the next couple of days. Sounds like a fun project.

you can just shorten it to KE29 cause the BZ at the end denotes the colour (bronze)
