How is that small minded exactly? Its the best sounding portable player. Its also the only one that can do 24/96. Its also the only one that truly shows a difference between a FLAC and an MP3 (I've owned the Imod and have spent quite some time with the H1xx+D10+mods at a meet) and neither could show a difference between a FLAC or even a 256kbps MP3.
Find me someone who has heard the HiFiMan, the Imod, and the H1xx+D10(or equivalent), and still doesn't think the Hifiman is better and then I can enter into an intellectual discussion.
Until then, you and milhouse up there are all talking out your ass about a product you have no experience with whatsoever.
And hey.. this is head-fi.. where people are supposed to share knowledge about things.. so why wouldn't I recommend the best DAP on the market? Isn't that why we're here, to own the best products/money we have?
