Any recommendations for introspective hip-hop?

I'ts been a while, but I went back and listened to some Atmosphere and Heiruspecs. I realized that one of the things I love about these groups is that their lyrics have a soul-baring introspective quality that is a refreshing change from the standard "I'm better than all the other MCs" drivel you hear in hip hop.

Any suggestions for other groups along the same lines?

Yep, I listen to all those. Common as well. Sorry, should have mentioned those in my first post.

I also listen to The Sound Providers. Not sure if there's much introspection going on, but it's definitely more chilled and less gangster.

This is one of my favourite songs of theirs http://listen.grooveshark.com/#/s/Fo...Asheru+/2huwgL

Illmatic by Nas, introspective yes, 'I'm the best yes' but if your bold enough to use 'Human Nature' by Michael Jackson and it sounds unbelievably good on 'It Ain't Hard To Tell' I don't care.

J-Live, Rza (as Bobby Digital), and C Rayz Walz in addition to the cats mentioned here would be my picks.

Soul-baring introspective lyrics?

Something like YouTube - One Self - BlueBird [hiphop]

Or something like YouTube - Immortal Technique - Caught In A Hustle Lyrics (WARNING: rather gruesome and politically kooky)
