My elder brother and me were purchased audio-gd gears since three years before! after several upgrade now my rigs is CD7>RE1(upgradeof DAC8)>C39>C1S ,and my brother has system A is CD3>DAC19>C2C(photo type)>RT3(DIY KIT)>SP8 (KW's photo type speaker)

system B is CD7SE>RE1(upgrade of DAC8)>C8>C1>SP9!

here is few videos I was post here ,also started swapped from tube gears to audio-gd stuffs!

On last few weeks I was encouraged my brother to upgrade the CD7to SE version than I could get the CD7in cheaper price ,this is great match with RE1, before mine was CD3 !

Few weeks before I was brought the CD7SE directly from A-gd ,after compared with CD7 we marvel SE version is more advantageous than CD7 ,so modify is my next project and hope that could improve closely to SE!!

Hi friends!

Can you explain me what's the difference between my CD7-SE (bought few months ago) and this new CD7 Final Version (http://www.audio-gd.com/Pro/dac/CD7FV/CD7SEFVEN.htm) ? On audio-gd website kingwa wrote:

"some CD-7SE owners feedback the CD-7SE sound as phono but without "sa" noise. In the CD-7 final version ,we change some parameter and parts, most applied WIMA caps and the special order 0.5ppm TXCO, CD-7 Final version sound die monitor and neutral."

But I don't understand what Kingwa is talking about....
Thanks!

P.S. The real defect of Kingwa is that he change his products too fast! For me is inconceivable buying a gear and see an evolution of it three months after!

I was once using tube amp too. Now I switch to full set audio-gd gears

I am using CD7FV - REF 1 and my C3 FINAL VERSION and C1 SE is on its way. the gears are power up by Richard power company.

Before this I have the modded hiface.

the CD7FV has better parts and improve circuit design to sounds more neutral yet natural and detail. Meaning you can listen to it longer hours instead starting to switching cd. CD7SE sound more like LP with emphasis on liquid smooth sound. It is like stepping into highend sound with this piece of equipment (provided your gears are high end too).

After playing cd7fv, I realise how harsh sounding and loose (not tighten) is my previous transport. It is another piece of equipment bringing you there.
