LOD for the Sansa Fuze? - Page 3

E5 doesn't really value add to the SQ.
Just boost the volume and thats about it.

A cmoy is a more worthy upgrade and can last you quite a while through various upgrades esp if you can roll the input caps and opamp.

Does anyone of you know, if there' re other Docking Stations for the Sansa Fuze except the Griffin Power Dock

that can be modded easily with Line Out ?

When I changed from 3.5mm to 3.5mm mini silver cable to a LOD silver plated OFC cable I experienced partly a cleaner sound and partly a more punchy and controlled bass, but that might be the placebo effect, No, I am not going to do a DBT...

 

I paid 32 US dollar for the LOD cable. If the LOD and the mini-to-mini cable cost about the same, go for the LOD.

In addition I no longer need to worry about the sound level on the DAP and use only the amp for volume. And since the line out on the DAP and line in on the AMP is both in the middle they are close to each other and the set up looks more tidy.

MrProggie long ago that I'm any interested in a LOD for the Fuze.
Please, could you tell which is the one you bought and where you bought it?. The price is interesting.
