I have an M^3 headphone amp for sale. It is built by MisterX and I am the first owner. It has basically sat on my desk for the few months I've owned it and is in excellent condition. Here are some pics courtesy of MisterX:

The amp comes with an Elpac wallwart power supply. Here are some additional specs on the amp:
-Custom Par Metals 20 series case
-Panasonic FM electrolytic capacitors.
-Vishay-Roederstein MKT1817 film capacitors.
-Vishay-Dale RN55D metal film resistors.
-OPA627 op-amps.
-The gain is set somewhere in the 7 range and the resistors are
socketed for easy adjustments.
