The overall condition is excellent, and it works perfectly.
The sound quality is very very very good. So much better than most other MP3 players that I've tried in the past. Size-wise, it works well with Fiio E5 and T3/T4 by iBasso.
I'll throw in a USB cable (for charging and data transfer), a mini-mini cable (made by meier audio), and a pair of Yepp earbuds (new. no idea how they sound).
Asking $20 shipped within the U.S.
