Room setup recommendations

I curently have a ps3
a pair of ATH-AD700

and shopping for a nice TV for my room.
that would be use 70% whit my headphones

Question is... would something else to plug my ATH-AD700 jack then the TV .. for good sound quality ... i dont know if new tv outputs and decent.

will i find a difference in quality in my experience .. our will the difference be minus ...

anyway thx for any advice

ps: my english isnt to good -.- i'm working on it

TV's vary widely in sound output quality, try bringing your 'phones to the stores to give them a try- if there's even a place to plug them in. Most TV's don't even have a headphone out, so a small amp to run from the RCA outs would be a good way to go,
