First PCB project, Bantam or Alien? - Page 2

Sounds like he used his own USB cable, so he's recommending that others buy the premade one.

I ordered the pigtail direct from Beezar along with Bantam parts around December 2008 (will label this Bantam, #1). In January I had a member sell me a presoldered BantamDAC (#2), and I used the pigtail on #2. #1 was then lying around with just the PCM2702 populated, but filled with bridges, and thus I wasn't able to fix it due to lack of experience. Recently I brought out #1, cleaned up the bridges, and ordered parts to finish up #1, and proceeded to salvage the pigtail and the FM cap used on #2. I had to cut it clean since I disliked working with small stuff...

In case it wasn't clear, #1 was the start of my DIY adventure.
