I like to catch people doing something right so I want to recognize Matador Records for their excellent service in a recent transaction. I ordered the vinyl version of the new Shearwater album, the Golden Archipelago. The record arrived last week with a manufacturing defect. I alerted the folks at Matador and they immediately sent a new record to me with no hassle.
Of course, I expect this level of service but since it is so rarely delivered I wanted to share the good news.
I hope that the album is as good as the service from Matador. Won't have time to spin until tonight
