ic: balanced beta22

Checking to see if there's any interest in my beta22. It's all stock-standard AMB recommended components, 4 boards, 2 PSU boards in a separate enclosure, each fed with a 160VA transformer and set up for +/-30VDC output. Offboard heatsinks, TRS/XLR jacks so you can run it as 2 single ended amps if you like. Ebay stepped attenuator, assembled by myself with dale resistors. Output is switchable between speaker posts at the back and XLR outputs at the front. Drives my 8" fullrange speakers to loud large-room-filling levels with heatsinks quite touchable. See photo - the bottom 2 enclosures are the beta22, the top is my DAC which may be available as well.

Also, since the transformers have dual primary coils, I can configure the amp for 110V or 220V operation as needed.

Beta22 looks very nice.

Will this amp be able to drive AKG K1000 ?
Approximately, what is the power output ?
Are you interested shipping to Europe ?
What is the Price ?

Thank you.

K1000 should be no problem, it's good for up to 50W per channel according to AMB's site. This one is set up for a gain of 5 per channel, effectively 10 because it's balanced. With most headphones this means you'll use up to about 10 oclock on the dial (6oclock being zero) and the rest is for speaker duty. With most sources at this gain some hiss creeps in around 12 oclock with headphones.

So far I'm in the $1000 range. I can more details and internal pics (not as nice as the outside ) when I get some time.

if it's in the lower $1000 range, i'd be interested as well.
