WTB: Unlocked LG CU720 or another $100 3G cellphone (with the 850 Mhz band)

Hi,

Well, after a bad experience with an eBay seller which costed me a lot of precious time I got the money for my cellphone back, and so I am on the search again. I would like to get an LG Cu720 since I already bought some accessories for it, but I'll consider any other offers. However, the cellphone needs to be unlocked (or to be easily unlockeable) and have the 850 Mhz band, which is the only one used around here.

I would prefer to get something new, but I'll buy it used if it's in excellent shape. My budget is $100, which would need to include shipping to Costa Rica.
