Yuin PK3 Warranty

I purchased my PK3's a couple of weeks ago through amazon fulfillment.
I love them. However, starting a couple of days ago the phones started producing a hissing/vibrating sound on the right phone. I was wondering who I would need to contact to get this issue resolved. Thanks.

If Amazon gives you the run around, check with Fang from head-direct. He may be able to assist/help you out. Great person to deal with.
