Canadian Deals: Sansz Fuze 2G - $9.96

I picked one up in-store yesterday at this price. Yes a 2G but you can of course use the microSD slot for more room. My firmware is V1. I phoned ahead to a few stores nearby showing 1 or 2 in stock and found one.

just back from local the source, they said they didn't have that anymore, even it shows there is still one in that store.

the source had zune 120g for 29.99 and zune 8g for 19.99 yesterday. Before it even get to the costumers the employee hoarded it.

in my city...it showed 3 stores with stock...but upon calling...only one store had one in stock......so i got the last one in my city. bought a 8gb micro sd card for 20 bucks...so for 30 bucks total...i have 10 gb...it sounds pretty good...but I am gonna rock box it, it turns out it is version 1...woohoo!

Just rockboxed it...and wow......it sounds even better...I cranked up the bass lots...and I'm playing super mario on it...get one now if you're in Canada near a Source.

Okay, so my local "the Source' only had a Sansa c150. Bought it anyway. For $10, I'm NOT complaining.

This is a GOOD sounding player.

I started transferring using Real Audio at 244kbps MP3 and I must say, I'm impressed.

Must start checking out 'The Source' more often.

Running the Sansa through my PAV2 listening to reference material yields a very warm, detailed sound.

I'll be breaking this player in on the way to work tomorrow
