Getting my TF10's reshelled so I was about to buy some IE7's for the meantime but opted to get a pair of KOSS KSC75s and JVC HARX900s and mod them...both for the price of the IE7's...including modding costs.
I'm wanting to recable the KSC75's...and was wondering if its a good idea to recable the HARX900s too.
So I got some good info from other threads.... decided to opt for Silver teflon 24 AWG, neutrik plugs....but would like to use techflex or nylon multifilament....but dont know the size i should use for the techflex or nylon multifilament. I heard techflex has more microphonics...that true?
Basically...I'm going to use 2 wires from each can then 4 wires to the plug.
Before the "y-split" what size is recommended....and how about after (between the y-split and cans) or shoud I even do it after the "y-split".
