Congrats to the Canadian women's hockey team.

Spirited game, good hockey. The better team won gold and deserves recognition as the first women's hockey team to win gold on their home ice. What a feeling it must be to have a country behind you in celebration of such a win.

My newly adopted country is set to make a run for most golds, with hockey, curling, and snowboard parallel still on the table.

As an aside, Curling is my new favorite sport - great blend of strategy and execution. I've been watching the replays every night.

sometimes little too boring to watch (you don't think so ) but curling is so much fun to play. it's like playing risk on ice.

I can't stand to watch it and I certainly can't stand to play it. I've been to the Briar twice and fell asleep twice. And I was stone cold sober both times. Maybe that's the problem.

When lost rock is playing for a blank end or 1, so it's nothing but draw then shooter, then I can see your point. Those ends can be dull.

Curling is indead nice. Talk about mental torture. Three hours of extremely slow gameplay.

Team Anette Norberg just won gold. They had their dip after the time out when they really had the game in their pocket but luckily Canada got their dip just in time too
