Yeah, that seems like the most sensible solution.
Down-scaling the headphone rig to free up money to use for more important things at the moment. School and education is more important than a specific audio rig.

It's a good decision to downgrade for your education. Skip the headband and the wooden cups and just get a dac/amp combo. Good luck

Well, I've already sold the 325is and the RS1i is pending. Still waiting for the Amphora to sell. I sure do feel better. And with such an overwhelming response to so this, y'all certainly have made this transition easier on me. Thanks everyone!

Sacrafice now so you can live like a king later. School first, school first, school first did I happen to mention school first. Good luck on your future goals by the way. You can get some posters of nice Audio GD stuff, Stello, Benchmark, HD 800, T1's and before you know it you will be at a job when you can afford those things and then you will look back on all this as something that helped build your character.
