Panasonic SV SD50 DAP

found this dap from my unused gadget. My first ever DAP even before Ipod. I wanted to use it back again since I remember it sound quite nice. But I remember that the songs can only be loaded from its proprietary usb reader and using real player software to sync it.

Does anyone have experience with this player in loading the songs traditional way ? Ie. copy using normal card reader then play with the DAP?

the thing is that the panasonic SD card players use a weird standart called SDAudio, which is a special closed audio format for SD cards that aparently only caught on in japan,

Thanks. the site didnt explain much at all. it more less said that i'm screwed and this dap will be relegated to paper weight
