Ripping an SHM-CD to iTunes? Using Pico DAC/AMP in a car

Hello,
I wanted to know what's the best possible way of ripping an SHM-CD or an SACD to itunes, without loosing SQ- Is it at all possible? I'm using a mac not a PC. The and result will be to have a perfect copy at my itunes library and to able to sync it to my iphone 3gs, so i can extract the best SQ of my Shure SE530 and the Headamp Pico DAC/AMP.

2. Can I use the Pico DAC/AMP in my car to further improve SQ out of the car's speakers? Car has AUX out

Answers will be greatly appreciated !

You just rip an SHM-CD normally into lossless, it's fine. And you can only rip the CD layer of an SACD, not the SACD layer. No idea regarding the second question.
