For sale worldwide are my complete-package diyModding services. See an example of my work here. I'm quick, about one day turnaround after payment received. I can do whatever shipping method desired among Fedex, UPS or USPS at your cost. I guarantee my labor, so if something somehow doesn't work right I will certainly refund (incl. CONUS return shipping) if the items aren't damaged in any way. Do note that I will be away from my workshop for a few weeks starting 3 Mar (but not away from head-fi) so I'd want your order by Monday/Tuesday at the latest. Pictures of the ipods are coming. Prices exclude any Paypal fees.

Please consider that others are listing used iMods and diyMods for considerably more. My iPods lack any quirks and are as new from Apple as can be had now--especially at this price.

Some details on my methods:
I use Cardas quad-eutectic solder and clean flux from joints. I test my work for DC-offset. I use nitrile gloves while handling parts.

Linked pictures of the ipods and downgraded the condition of the Apple refurbished unit because there were more fine scratches on the back plate than I remembered. I imagine the fine scratches were acquired during transit as I've not handled it except to inspect.

More on the Apple refurbished iPod: If you check the serial number in the linked database you'll find that it was refurbished by Apple in mid-February 2009. If you go to Apple here and read the description of their service, you find that they do: a full burn-in test, refurbishment of any defective parts, thorough cleaning and inspection, and replacement of the (front and) back plate with reassigned serial number. They also include new manuals, cables, and a new accessory kit, which I'm providing.

Update: I inspected the Apple refurbished iPod further and updated the photo album. I never removed the wrapper, so the fine scratches and micro-pitting were a surprise. The front plastic is not without fine scratches but you should remove that anyway. I peeled it back a couple of mm at the bottom edge to confirm that the face plate is unblemished. Looks like I was slightly shafted, but I won't pass that on to you. Price drop to reflect this. I will guarantee that it functions perfectly, as it should given Apple's comprehensive QC process. It should be less prone to failure in the future since "refurbishment procedures follow the same basic technical guidelines as Apple's Finished Goods testing procedures."
