Unfortunately for you, the U.S. is not the world. To the country I live in there is no such thing as grilling outside of a built in cooker in ya kitchen, outdoors cooking is bbq.

Or go medium the entire way with chicken cut into pieces, marinaded with a nice yogurt based marinade and skewered kebab style....

...Man, now I can't wait till it warms up enough to start up the grill!
