American VI - Aint No Grave - The Last CD from Johny Cash

RIP my dear friend in music. The man has been gone but today we are graced with his final album, Aint No Grave.

Was just delivered by UPS and it continues the American Recordings series with aplumb. I don't know whether cry or smile in joy. It is haunting to hear Johny again with new music.

A must pickup for fans of the Man In Black.

Picking my copy up from the post office later today. All the reviews seem positive so I thought I would give it a try.

This will be my first JC album, Shame it was his last.

hmmm. not the best album to get into johnny cash, I'd say it's his least accessible album. Really haunting music, you can feel his weakness nearing death. beautiful though.
