Best Amp/DAC for Denon D2000 - Page 2

Ya thats what I've read but also have the D10 and from what I've read the e7 is a down step from the D10.  How would the D10 run with the E9?

Im kind of looking at the Matrix mini-i (which should be a step up from the D10) and the M-stage to amp the mini-i... if anything I won't use the amp for speakers but just to power the D2000.

I don't really need a DAC, just want my D2000 to sound the best they can for rock. Is the E9 the way to go, getting the E7 for the future if I use with my PC? Or is there a better amp out there in the sub $300 range for Rock Music and the D2000's?

i think if ur looking for portable, the graham slew voyager sounded fantastic with the d2000:) it brought out the details and the bass became a lot tighter and it loss all the muddiness. if I'm not it is under $200:)
