My review of the Hisoundaudio ROCOO-A - Page 10

I have no idea if DFKT did the loaded or unloaded tests, but if you look at my graphs, they are loaded and unloaded.

I used: Unloaded, DT880 600Ω, FitEar private 333 (16Ω~), Kenwood C711 (16).

thanks miriddin for the information, i will download it later.

btw,

Rocoo-A/B/C have twins!!! , yes not only Cube C30, but also Soricom Endless.

For you who dont know who is Soricom, it is a brand from korea that famous for its mashamiro player (shingzeo, was i right write the brand name?? ).

Lets hope Shingzeo buy this and do a review comparison between Rocoo-A/B/C, Cube C30, and Soricom Endless :D

Looks like Jaben have their own brand of Rocco as well.

Not own brand of Rocco, just own brand of whoever OEM's for everyone. I won't be buying anything. If someone wants to give or lend me a DAP, I'll look at it, but I am more than happy with my AMP3, iPod touch, Sony A828, Fuze, Shuffle, borrowed S:Flo... no need for more.

Edit: maybe i am wrong , maybe it is new product :(

Oh, okay. But the machine itself isn't an original HiSound device; it's OEM'd by someone else.

sorry, after look further, i notice the "Hippo" name in the player, maybe it is new player.

i bought Rocoo from jaben but the player is same with the real Rocoo with Rocoo name in the player, so maybe Jaben Shop sell Rocoo from hisound and also their own Hippo player with same housing

Would the Rocoo-A have issues supporting the new 32GB microSD cards?

Just to post some others informations:

1) i bought my Rocoo Class A from a deutsch dealer and it come with a firmware version newer then the one posted on the HiSoundAudio Site (Version 01.00.0001, Date 2010-04-14);

2) i also bought a Cube C30, but i had several problems with it! I had to reset several times the player and each time the sorting function of SigmaTel chip keep scanning the 16 GB card, so the players is quite impossible to operate. It come with a firmware version 41 with speaking function that read commands and song name: i tried to see if it would be possible to upgrade it to the last version that i found (Version 43 without speaking function), but i only found firmware on a chineese site with chineese instructions.

I think that the player badged Soricom could be a copy of Cube C30 and i hope that would be possible to install the Soricom firmware, if it exist, to solve Cube problems....

P.S.: sorry for mistakes, but english is not my first language!

Looks like the same housing reused. Same story as with VSonic and V-Moda.
